Assessment and data analysis in support of CUL decision making



  • Benchmark CUL operations against Ivy peers

  • Start work with Instruction Committee on improving program level learning outcomes assessment

  • Cost/benefit analysis of YBP approval plan purchases with circulation usage data

  • Cost/benefit analysis of YBP purchases for Mann, Entomology and Geneva libraries

  • Design and conduct Geneva Library focus group; compile results

  • Respond to data requests from Strategic Review Group

  • Research and analyze Chronicle of Higher Education publication patterns in the area of academic libraries

  • Quantify e-article downloads and e-collections usage for key indicators

  • Collect and present information on library contributions to university for reaccreditation self study
