RAU has created an eCommons collection to help library staff share their assessment-related data and reports with CU colleagues and beyond.  All CUL staff are invited to submit to this collection!

To post your files, please fill out this form and send it to us along with your files.  As you direct in the form, RAU will post the file as open to CU only or open to the world.  We are currently investigating opening up this collection for your direct submissions.

If you are submitting mutliple files, you may specify a different access level for each file. Please contact us if your files need a more secure access level.

Important tips:

• Please make sure all identifying information is removed from your data sets and reports, unless you have CU Institutional Review Board and user clearance to share it.  This includes information such as names, addresses, IPs, Net IDs, or any information in user comments that could allow others to identify individuals.
• Name all files submitted in a way that it is clear to the non-specialist what kind of data or report is available (title and keywords are searchable in eCommons).
• Note that you cannot create active links in eCommon's abstract fields.
